Everything Awesome Minus Rattlesnake Enounter

This is a very fancy La Quinta. The room was large and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The bed was comfortable with plentiful pillows. The pup was comfortable sleeping on the carpet. My partner and I encountered a rattlesnake as we were exiting the pool area so that was terrifying! Luckily the pup wasn't with us (pets aren't allowed in the pool area), but we were not comfortable walking him around outside the hotel the next day. We went to a nearby park for that.
