Clean and friendly
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington South / HamburgFirst floor room for my dog. Plenty of grass outside to walk her. Room did not smell like old dogs like some dog friendly ones do. They stored our two bikes inside during our overnight stay.

Filthy hotel
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Charleston South WVThe room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet was dirty and there was only a half a roll of toilet paper. It’s a dog friendly hotel and you pay extra, but the carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. They were clearly understaffed. On the plus side, breakfast was decent.
