Not as good as first visit
Red Roof Inn SyracuseUnfortunately, this second visit was a comedy of errors. Arrived and assigned a room…..key didn’t work…..went to get a replacement, got up to room again but it hadn’t been cleaned. Back to desk…assigned new room….key worked…there was another guest inside already! Back to desk, assigned another upgraded room….no-go on the key, then we were refunded our stay and given a maintenance key. So, although that was a great a gesture and we appreciated it, the room was not very clean…floors dirty, phone was sticky, ashes in the coffeemaker and more. I’m betting that like many businesses, COVID has had its impact on staffing and keeping quality workers.
