Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Hyatt Place Dewey BeachThe hotel was very nice--clean, bright and modern. Very pet friendly as well. What set this place apart from previous hotels I've stayed at was the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment we walked in the door, every single hotel associate greeted us with a smile and asked how they could help us. With the state of customer service these days, this impressed me immensely.
