Zero bones was not an option

This place is a dump. Sixty-five years old and I think it is the worst I have ever been in. No/occasional hot water, pieces of the hardware in the shower just missing/holes in the tub. Damaged wood furniture. People hanging around right outside our room drinking beer and smoking pot all day. Apparently, this place has a lot of full time residents, most of whom you would not want to meet at night. Need drugs? Wouldn't surprise me. The first clue was the front desk clerk behind a glass window wearing a gun. Scared the hell out of me walking my dog at night.
