Excellent experience

Check-in was easy. The room was super clean with a comfortable bed and soft linens. Nice grassy areas for our pup. Delicious breakfast! We will stop there again on our travels NW.

Good location

Quality Inn and Suites Eugene - Springfield

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with plenty of space to put your things. I was surprised that they were serving a buffet breakfast at this time with cases of Delta variant on the rise, but there was plenty of hand sanitizer. We opted not to eat there. Doggie treats were a nice touch and they provided poop bags at a stand outside. My only complaints are a very noisy air conditioner and only 3 luggage carts for many units. We had to wait for a luggage cart at checkout time.
