Ok for one night
Quality Inn Austintown Youngstown WestThis hotel was ok for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. It was clean but there were definitely signs that it was a little run down. The sink was in the bedroom, and one side of the toilet paper holder was stuck to the wall with duct tape (it fixes everything!). The bottom of the tub was grungy. The king bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well and it had a new TV. My dog initially went crazy sniffing everything so this must have been one of the “dog rooms”. He eventually settled down.

Good stay
Residence Inn by Marriott Kalamazoo EastFriendly staff (Kevin) at check-in was willing and able to change our reservation to a first floor room, which was easier on my disabled husband. There are no elevators to access the second floor. Location was easy to find and convenient to I94. Very quiet. Hotel room was nice but exhaust fan in bathroom was LOUD as was the fan for the A/C unit. Sofa bed was a little lumpy (but most are) and squeaked when shifting to a new sleeping position. King bed was super comfy with nice linens. Room was very clean, and kitchen was well equipped, including granite countertops and a dishwasher.
