Very friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. My dogs received plenty of attention(which they loved!). The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast they provided was surprisingly good. This will definitely be my new go-to hotel in Pigeon Forge.
