Was charged for dog

1st of all on all sites for this hotel says pets welcome no extra charge. Well I was charged extra $40 for dog. Room was filthy. No cable 1 of nights we were there and my tub had water under floor of tub which felt like you were surfing in the tub. Not safe at all. Carpet was damp assuming from tub leaking. Not a nice place to stay.
