Great location

Although we had made our booking through BringFido when we checked in we were told that there were no pet rooms available. As they were doing renovations to upgrade the hotel, we were given one of the non renovated rooms. Even though we were charged the extra pet fee on check out we were not given anything extra like a poop bag or treat for our dog. I was scolded when I stopped at the front desk to checkout that I was not given a pet room but I informed the clerk that I had booked through BringFido and I had also chosen to stop at the front desk with my dog when I left so I wasn't trying to hide anything.

Overall our stay was OK. I would have appreciated a more comfortable mattress. I would have appreciated if the clerk would not have treated me like I was trying to hide the fact that my dog was with me since I had made it clear that she was there as I always walked past the front desk when coming into or leaving the hotel. I would have appreciated if the hotel also be a little easier to get into and out of the parking lot because there is parking on both ends of the hotel but only one direction to drive so at one end the parking is empty and at the other end the parking is very crowded and not great for larger vehicles. The hotel is nice but there are allot of hotels in the area.
