Prefers dogs over people
Harbor GrillWhen the sign entering the seating area says “We prefer dogs to people” you know you’re in the right spot if bringing along Fido. The staff was very welcoming to us and our pup. They brought out a big bowl of water for our pup. The seating has umbrellas and a small covered seating area. The food was great as well! Very personable staff and everyone came to say hello to our pup.

Nice place for a casual dinner
Three Jimmy'sThree Jimmy’s was a welcoming place for bringing our pup along to dinner. Three Jimmy’s offered a bowl of water for our pup without us even asking. The seating is outdoors, but the tables all have umbrellas or there is another smaller section of tables under a roof extension. Other restaurant goers brought their pups along as well. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive to us and our pup.
Brandi was our server. She was very sweet to us and our pup. She also gave great recommendations for drinks and food.

Great lunch spot
Apple Valley Kitchen CafeStopped in here for lunch today. It was a nice place to get a delicious lunch and keep our pup cool. The Fido friendly seating area is out on their patio. It is a fully covered patio and has a cement floor which was nice and cool for our pup to lay down on while we ate. The food was amazing. My husband had the fried fish sandwich and I had the chicken salad salad. Both were fantastic choices. They are a little understaffed currently, so you will have to give some grace to the hard working employees keeping everything going. We will definitely be back to the Cafe.
You will want to bring our own bowl of water for your pup if needed.

Most Amazing Breakfast Spot
Lil Black Bear CafeMy husband and I stopped at Lil Black Bear on our last trip to Gatlinburg. We knew this time we’d have to come back! They have a couple outdoor picnic tables to sit at with your pup. BEST SERVICE EVER! They brought out a big bowl of water for our pup without asking. They even brought her a piece of bacon! They were so welcoming to our pup. Everyone who works at Lil Black Bear is friendly and so welcoming. The food is DELICIOUS!! The pancakes are thick (like an inch thick) and the lightest/fluffiest pancake you’ll ever have! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The chef is great and always offers to make you whatever you like, even if you can’t find it in the menu. Truly the best place for breakfast and lunch. This will always be our breakfast spot whenever visiting Gatlinburg.
