Barely Acceptable and Rude Manager

First, some corrections to the listing. There is NO breakfast of any kind offered and I was rudely accosted because I dared to walk into the lobby with my 2 dachshunds to inquire about the breakfast option. The pool has been filled in with dirt, so don't plan to swim or cool off. None of the ice machines work. Also, no accommodations for helping to get handicapped/disabled/older guests to the second floor. There is not a designated area for pets to relieve themselves, only a dirt/mud filled "garden" about 3 ft x 3 ft. The room itself was okay. The air condition cooled well and the bed was comfortable enough. The floors were a wood grained vinyl, so it was easy to clean up pet accidents. So much better than carpet. We evacuated due to Hurricane IDA and this was about the only place available that was pet friendly. If you have another option, you might want to choose a different option.
