Nice Hotel, Poor Desk Service

I liked the hotel because it's modern and clean. However, I was double charged for the pet fee and have still not received a credit for the $50 overcharge. The stories have changed each time I call, emails and credits are promised, but still no credit. It's a shame because 5 bones would have been applied if they just did what they promised - which was to correct their mistake.
