Not Desirable
Red Roof Inn Toledo MaumeeThis hotel is in bad shape. Jax and I were housed in the back building where it was dark and people hanging around outside with loud voices. In the morning, there were 5 empty beer cans left on the curb outside my room as well as an empty cigarette pack. A running 18-wheeler was parked outside the building and ran all night. I did not feel safe at this hotel. The room was neat, however there was a big puddle of water between the tub/shower and the toilet. The toilet was not sweating so it leads me to believe that the cleaning crew did not clean well. The sink chrome was rusted. The bed was not made well. There was no facial tissue anywhere to be found in the room. I paid $175 for this room, I believe because it was the Labor Day weekend, but that room was in no way, shape or manner worth anywhere near that much! I have marked this particular Red Roof Inn on my BringFido list as "UNDESIRABLE"!

Motel 6 Lincoln NEThis Motel 6 was in need of updating but was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. It was in a great location just off the highway and near restaurants. Be advised, this hotel charges a $50-$150 damage deposit, which will be returned to your account after they inspect your room following check-out! I probably would not stay in this motel again to avoid possible unfounded "damage" issues.
