The Westin Seattle

I recently stayed at the Westin Seattle with my dog. The no-pet fee is a huge money saver. However, there is a lot of noise that comes into the room from the hallway which was disturbing to my dog. We received a noise complaint because my dog was barking after hearing housekeeping make a lot of noise out in the hallway. I ended up taking my dog to dog daycare down the street at Citydog Club during the day time.

Great in a pinch

Citydog! Club

I was visiting Seattle with my dog for a long weekend. My dog was disturbed by noises in the hotel which led to complaints about her barking. I found Citydog Club on BringFido and arranged a "meet and greet" same day to see if my dog could spend the day hours in the daycare service. The meet and greet day and the first full day were free which was great for this surprise/last second daycare need. I felt comfortable with the facility after taking a tour and seeing the staff interaction with the other dogs. The dogs are split into playpens by size/temperament. Citydog only had individual kennels for dogs boarding overnight which were not available for the daycare. My dog seemed to enjoy herself (I could see her through the window when I dropped her off and picked her up). There are no webcams to watch your dog from your phone unfortunately. The location is right downtown near the large hotels and convention center. They're open every day and stay open for daycare pick-up until 9pm. I would recommend to others that live in the Seattle area or who are traveling to Seattle with their dogs.
