Pet friendly

When I got there at 3 for check-in, the room was not ready. Housekeeping was still in the room cleaning. Also, it was me and 1 other adult and upon entering the room first thing I wanted to do was shower after traveling over 800 miles. All they offered was 2 small bath towels for drying off. I went and asked for a couple of more towels and was point blank told no. That all they offer was 2 towels to every room and that was all that I was going to receive. After paying what I paid for one night, the last thing you want to hear from hotel staff is no. Also, there were two beds, the bed in front of the air conditioner was apparently missing the vital fourth leg and when I sat on the bed to adjust the air, the whole top corner of the bed and myself fell to the floor...they did a great balancing job to make the bed look usable until you sat on it. And my dog likes to lay under the bed when she sleeps and I was fearful that the bed would fall with her under it. I can honestly say Ive had better experiences with hotels that I paid less for in the past.
