Very disappointing

I would not stay here again, ever. Check in took over 30 minutes, their computer has glitches I was told by the nice lady at the front desk. She says this happens all the time. We then went up to our room. More or less a dump. The ceiling in the bathroom was all moldy. The countertop in the kitchenette was all warped, the burners on the stove covered in rust. Microwave was disgusting inside and out. Not so much as a hanger to hang your coat on much less dishes pots or pans. It turns out you have to go to the front desk to request these items. So they give you a dish rack with 2 dishes, 2 bowls, 2 sets of forks and knives and a couple of glasses. Oh, and 1 scratched up put and pan. I ask how I'm going to carry all this crap up to the third floor and was told I should probably make 2 trips! Forget about a sponge or dish soap if you wanted to wash any of this stuff before using. Then I try to sign on to the wifi. It will let sign in, but if you want it to work, you have to pay another 5 bucks. Seriously one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in years.
