Do not recommend

It has taken me five months to get our records switched to our new veterinarian. I requested them MULTIPLE times, then my husband requested them, and when we couldn’t get them our new vets office started trying for us. When all efforts failed I left a negative review on google (4 days ago), and this morning I get an angry and accusatory phone call from Four Paws office manager, Amy. She said how dare I make a false review on google! She said I had never once requested the records and that she had contacted my new vet and they said they hadn’t requested the records from them either. So I promptly called my new vets office, whom in a cheerful voice said “we FINALLY got your pets records from Four Paws!” They agreed that it was a hassle getting these records and said that yes, they had unsuccessfully requested the records for us! So I called Four Paws back and spoke with Amy again. I let her know who to speak with at our new vets office if she in fact wanted proof we had been requesting the records. She again got VERY rude saying that was who she spoke with, and that I was lying. I’ve got no reason to lie about needing our pets records. We loved four paws for a number of years, we were clients from the day they opened their doors.. but these past few years have been VERY different, and it is quickly going downhill! We saw that the care of the pets was declining, so we switched.
