Hard to get in and out

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean, but parking made it difficult to maneuver my dog; the ramp was unattended and a little scary at night and early in the morning, plus $25 seemed like an additional rip off after the substantial dog fee. Niagara Falls behind the hotel was a saving grace.
