Great Views, but if you take a dog...
Ocean Crest DiningYou are not allowed to leave pets in room. Not even to go to the restaurant. You can sit outside on the patio in the snow or rain, with your pet. You can order food from the restaurant, but it looks nothing like the menu I saw online. If you are going to use the facilities, you will have to pack your dog in your car and have them sit there while you drive across the street to the pool and cuzzi. It was too cold for my dog to sit in the car.
They have fire places in rooms, but they only take the fake logs and you have to buy them after the first one. Bring your own laundry bag. They give you a couple of small ones and are not generous if you as for more.
It is kinda falling apart and looks like was updated in the 70's perhaps. I think the sofa is a futon and not comfortable,
All that being said, the staff was very nice and rooms were clean and beds very comfy.
The shining star are the ocean views and watching the surf just sitting by the fire place or driving donuts on the beach..

Real nice but
Sonesta ES Suites Torrance Redondo BeachLiked the suited kitchenette were nice, but toilet would run every hour or so, realized in the morning that the refrigerator didn’t work and I had medicine that needed refrigeration and room smelled like stale cigarettes. But they accommodated my handicap and the ground's pool/barbecue area are nice.
