Good dog-friendly hotel at a great price

The Normandy is a charming little boutique-style hotel in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, DC, just off Embassy Row. The hotel is lovely, but it is a little behind on its maintenance. Also, there was no housekeeping on the weekend "due to COVID." That said, the hotel was clean, and the room, though small, was very comfortable. You can't beat the price for a dog-friendly hotel in the neighborhood. We will definitely go back on our next visit to DC.
