Run down rooms

Great customer service, very nice lobby, but rooms are run down and not up to Hilton standard. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor, amenities have been cut in half but price is still high, no functioning ice makers on any floor, and finally there was an insufficient quantity of towels and other toiletries provided.
