HORRIBLE!!!!

I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW DISAPPOINTED WE WERE IN OUR STAY HERE! Not only was the a full lobby of people waiting for over 30 minutes to be help, but when a person finally arrived they were very rude, it was after 3pm and the desk clerk said the rooms were not ready. ???REALLY!!! This hotel was by far the WORST hotel we have EVER been in and we travel A LOT!! I kid you not, we truly felt the rooms next to us were being rented by the hour!! NEVER EVER AGAIN for this hotel!! especially for the $$$$ I don't think giving it a - bone is possible, but this place sure earned a - bone!!
