Terrible! Do not stay at this hotel!

This place was horrible! We arrived about 5pm and our room was not ready. After maybe 45 minutes to an hour the room was ready. They were literally cleaning while we were waiting outside in the hall. When we first went in the room appeared clean upon initial inspection. It was supposed to be a room for 6 people. However, there was no sofa bed as advertised. There were only 2 queen beds. When we asked about it we were told there was not a room available for 6 people. We had to squeeze 4 kids into one bed and they are not little kids. Upon further inspection of the room the drawers in the kitchen and cabinets were disgusting. Also, the drawers in the dresser and desk were very disgusting! When it started getting dark is when it really got horrifying! Bugs started crawling out from everywhere! Roaches! Absolutely horrifying! We tried to find another hotel, but everywhere was booked where we could bring our dog! That was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! We complained to the hotel, but the only thing they would offer is a 50% refund. However, they have only refunded 25%!
