Questions

Why can no one be found to give us the wifi code? Why has no one been at the desk for hours? Why if it’s a pet friendly hotel, is a $20 pet fee posted in the lobby? Why are the entrance doors at each end of the building locked? Why is there no designated pet areas or bags to clean up after them?
