DANGER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!

My dog came home from his appointment and developed WELTS from whatever they did to him while he was there. Hours later they filled with PUSS. He wouldn't let me touch him for weeks.
Inconsistent staff members claiming "our notes say that you wash him at home and then bring him to us" can anyone please tell me why I would wash my dog before he is professionally groomed? Take. Responsibility. When the manager finally admitted the staff did in fact wash my dog she told me she would email me what they washed him with and NEVER DID. Negligence. The manager told me she would have the owners call me and they NEVER DID. They don't care as long as I'm out the door.

Take your dog here if you would like to pay an additional $100 for a vet bill to get your dogs swelling to stop.

P.S. my dog has permanent bald spots from whatever you did to him while he was in your care. Thanks for the world class treatment!
