The hotel is run poorly

We had a two bed and one pull out couch and there was no bedding on the pull out. I called the front desk requesting bedding and was told to come to the desk and pick it up! Also, hospitality would not make it up the next day. I ended up sleeping on the couch with no pillow or blanket. The mattress on the pull out was also moldy.
