Excellent manager
Economy Inn by OYO AshburnWe were treated the way all lodging managers should assist guests. And the facility, although in process of repairs in areas, was clean in the parking lot and ice maker room. Our room was spotless and linens and towels were clean and fresh.

Minimal interaction with hosts
SnowMansion Taos Adventure LodgeThe place is like an acid flashback to the late 1960s. After we'd stayed there for a single night, the electricity quit completely the next morning forcing us to take cold showers in the dark. Cheaper than most anywhere else in vastly overpriced Taos, New Mexico, but lodgers get the very little they pay for.

Travelodge by Wyndham ForsythThe hotel is old, undergoing repairs, but our room was clean & the staff was exceptionally helpful & good natured.

Clean rooms, helpful staff
Motel 6 Jonesboro GAThe motel rooms had secure, protected entry only through registration office area. The only aspect that was problematic for us was that all pets allowed in the complex were required to have a confining cage or pen. The pet cage rule was written & on display on the policies poster in the office, but it was apparently penned in by hand with a black magic marker-type tool. The manager, however, was very courteous & helpful in all our dealings with him.
