Nice community, decent park

It's not the biggest, but the people that I see regularly make it a good experience. Water is available during the warm half if the year. There are occasionally some places to escape from the fence, but the city is reasonably responsive to requests. Maybe I am biased, we go there almost daily, sometimes twice.
