Noisy and uncomfortable
Super 8 by Wyndham Jacksonville ARThis was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Walls and windows and door let in tremendous amounts of sound from the nearby highway and the hotel parking lot. People in the room next door were partying in their room and outside their room (in front of our room), and partygoers had really loud vehicles, coming and going until almost midnight. It made our cat and dog extremely anxious. Had to give the dog a sedative. The noise was overwhelming to us too! In addition, the bed springs were broken and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. On the positive side, the pet fee was reasonable and the room was clean.

Excellent accommodations
Candlewood Suites Winchester an IHG HotelVery friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Efficient check-in and out. Very clean, comfortable and well outfitted room. The kitchenette had everything we needed and was clean and in too working order. Furniture and bedding were clean and comfortable. Hallways and elevator clean, well lit, welcoming and safe. Room was quiet. Best of all, our pets were welcome and the pet fee was very affordable. Overall exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel!

Adequate
Extended Stay America Suites Birmingham WildwoodBathroom and kitchen areas were not thoroughly cleaned. Hair and crumbs. Our kitty found a large dead roach under the bed. Hallways had strong cigarette smoke odor. Kitchen area had nothing to cook or eat with. Luckily we had some plastic ware from takeout.
