Serviceable, but nothing special
North Adams Dog ParkThere are two small areas that are fenced off at the edge of a larger park. Convenient to where we stayed. I expect it's a good place for local dog-friends to meet and play, but not much beyond that. For a bit more (on-leash) exercise, have a walk along the river across the street.
Nice place to stay
The Porches Inn at Mass MoCaPleasant accommodations with a dog park to one side. Decent continental breakfast offered. Not too far a walk to downtown restaurants, and MassMOCA is directly across the road. $40 pet fee is starting to get a bit steep, in my view, but options in the area are limited.
Handly location near downtown
Uno ParkI was visting the area and found these corrals to be a handy place to let the dog off leash. On the small urban-park side, but serviceable. Tucked in at the back of Uno Park, at the corner of Marshall and River. Parking area and kids climbing structures adjacent.
Decent size room
Le Square Phillips Hotel and SuitesNice hotel in the downtown area. No pet fee, all good.
