Rude service denied pet room

I’ve been traveling using this App for nearly a month with no negative issues until I came to this place.
First, when I arrived they wouldn’t come out to front desk. I had to ring the bell, no big deal, but it must have annoyed the lady running the front. She was rude and when I said I had pets she said no pet rooms are available. I have a photo of this empty parking lot shows they don’t look full. 7 cars in parking lot. It’s 14 degrees outside. I believe she intentionally denied me probably because I am a minority. I don’t understand why else we where disrespected and she had an attitude toward toward me. I don’t recommend giving this establishment any money. There are others who don’t discriminate.
