I left Petcetera with an un-groomed cat and $170 vet bill.

Two hours after dropping off my cat I received a phone call that her nail was cut, would not stop bleeding, and that I needed to take her to the vet right away for stitches.

When I dropped what I was doing to rescue her, she had not been washed or shaved at all and this was immediately injured when the staff attended to her.

They even had the audacity to tell me to return back for the grooming after I took her to the vet. An $85 grooming bill turned into a $170 vet bill.

It was a total waste of time and money for me as well as a traumatizing experience for my cat and I.
