We have two dogs - a 12 yr. old English Staffie/Border collie mix and a 6 yr. old Bull terrier mix. They are now learning to go many places with us since we no longer have someone to care for them at home. They are starting to learn to be comfortable in different places.

Great service, friendly people and great location
Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach an IHG HotelI have stayed at this hotel before, but was surprised to learn I can bring both of my dogs.
From the valet to the housekeeping personnel, they all smiled and were friendly to my dogs. Always asked if we needed assistance with anything for us and our dogs.
Only downside, we were in a great location, minus the band that performed until 10:30 PM at the outdoor patio/bar and our room was above the patio. Luckily, the band was good and we enjoyed listening to the music but if we wanted to only have a cool breeze with the balcony door open, we would also get music and laughter (not opposed to either, just not expecting it).
They also suggested restaurants and parks that were dog friendly.
