Super welcoming staff, beautiful room

I went out to dinner one evening and let the front desk know that I had my two pups crated and asked them to call me directly if there were any issues. I did end up receiving a call, but was super impressed with how kindly the manager handled my separation anxiety pups having volume issues. I felt like their well being was just as important as the two-legged guests’ and I appreciated the clear communication!
