Dog friendly but lacking in cleanliness

Front desk staff was friendly and manager was helpful. However, room was dirty, shower stopped up, and no towels/washcloths available upon request bc clerk didn't know why but none were clean. They were accommodating to our fur baby and Manager was friendly and quick to try and fix the problem going forward.
