Room lacked
Candlewood Suites Texarkana an IHG HotelOur room, 420, did not have any of the items normally supplied at a Candlewood Suites. We didn’t have a way to make coffee, i.e. coffee pot. Also had no dishes and no silverware.

Poor customer service
Candlewood Suites Mount Pleasant an IHG HotelOur ice maker didn’t work in our room so I went to the front desk to ask about getting some ice, had to wait because there was no one at the desk and no note stating they were gone. When someone did arrive I was told they didn’t have an ice machine and there were places in town that sold ice if I needed it. Also, no phone in the room, that’s why I had to go to the front desk.

Bad room
Candlewood Suites Hattiesburg an IHG HotelHad to switch rooms cause the AC in the first room wasn’t blowing cold air. I suffered through the 1st night and then told the front desk. To which they responded, “we’ve been waiting for you to come and switch rooms because we knew the AC wasn’t working right in your room”. Really, and you still gave me the room knowing that?!! Poor customer service.
