Clean rooms, friendly staff

The first time we stayed here was New Years Eve week and found it was a good location for the price. Room was clean and staff was friendly. My husband said he was woken up by other guests late at night though I didn’t hear a thing. Sensitive sleepers may want ear plugs. For dog owners: if your dog is afraid of cars or traffic this may not be a good choice. The hotel sits right on the parkway and therefore the pet area is literally right next to a busy road. My dog was fine with it once she got used to it and we had a nice morning walk along the bay front. Overall pleasant stay.
