Bad attitude
Days Inn by Wyndham Salina I-70Got completely checked in including paying pet fee. Then we were informed that the water was out and they had no idea when it would be back. Clerk actually laughed at that. We were given second-story room. No elevator. Lots of luggage. Asked if we could have a first-story room. Clerk laughed again. We stayed as no other options. The pet-walking area was mostly gravel and the lawn portions were steep.

Why no King rooms
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Shamrock North an IHG HotelWe’ve reserved king rooms and received them in there ENT past. Why is this a big deal?
