Giant Pet Store
Pet World - AuburndaleI went here with my dog and let’s just say it was massive, the biggest pet site I have ever been in. this is both a Pet store (selling pets) and a pet supply store. They had animals everywhere: birds, lizards, turtles, fish, snakes, and puppies. And considering the amount of animals it was spotless, no bad smell at all. usually pets stores have a particular scent… there was not here. The toy and collar selection was huge. The only reason I am giving them four bones instead of a hive is because they do sell dogs. They claim that they are not from a puppy mill and from reputable breeders however there’s no way to prove that and selling dogs at a store like this just doesn’t sit right with me although they are very cute to look at. Also I didn’t get to glance at the dog food section but it didn’t look very extensive even thought they have the brand I use. I will go back for toys and food though.

Awesome dog park
Dog Leg WoodsWe went here to burn off some energy. The space for big dogs is massive and there are plenty of poop bag descenders and water fountains for dogs. I love that they had so many benches and the shade there is great. there is even a dog toy library box and a people library box. if your dog gets muddy there is a hose off area too. the only criticism I have is that the weight recommendations for the different areas are a little unusual. the small dog area is anything under 45 lbs where the large dog area is anything over 45 lbs.
