All about the money, not the pet!

Dirty. Poor communication. All about the money and not the pet. Took our dog for her second Lepto vaccine due 3 weeks after the first. She had a full exam with the first vaccine and had no health issues. She was taken to the back and we were not allowed to go with her. She was brought back 5 minutes later and we were charged for a full office visit as well as the vaccine so a $21 visit costs us $81. We asked prior to the vaccine if we would be charged a for an office visit and were told no. A vet could not do an exam in less than 5 minutes and give a vaccine.
