Loews Ventana Canyon stay was great!

Staff were very helpful at the entrance to welcome us. Check-in staff answered all questions and provided a doggie bag of goodies like water & food bowl, mat, dog biscuits, bottled water, and plastic baggies. Couldn't ask for a better welcome.
