Great for dogs
Historic Whispering Woods Hotel & Conference CenterIt reminds me a little bit of the hotel from The Shining, but my room is clean, my dogs can scoot out sliding door to poop and pee, and it’s not crowded. Anyone with dogs will appreciate a sliding door right in your room. 🐾

Best Western Plus Inn at Valley ViewGood experience. Last minute booking as the other hotel that we had made reservations for was gross.

Extended Stay America Select Suites Roanoke AirportI cancelled my reservation upon arrival and found another place which I’m grateful for. The guy at the desk was friendly and understanding. This place was packed, people outside with off leash dogs, and too much drama in the parking lot. I was guaranteed a first floor room and they sold my room to someone else. My dog only has three legs, can’t crawl up and down stairs outside so we left. I gave two bones for the nice guy at the desk who refunded my money.
