Nice room and great for dogs
AmericInn by Wyndham IronwoodVery close to trails that go as far as you care to walk (with or without a dog). Friendly staff and close to groceries and restaurants.

Spartan but adequate
Red Roof Inn & Suites DeKalbThis place seemed a little run down, but was fine for a one night stay. Clean room, hot water in the shower, lots of dog walking spaces and friendly staff.
