Excellent Staff, Mediocre Establishment

The staff were all kind, professional, and doing their best but the hotel itself didn't lend to making their job easy. When we were there the water was off almost our entire visit -- it was restored around 330am -- and the plumbers appeared very unprofessional and left the job when the hotel was still completely without water not returning for several hours. The dog area was also far from the actual hotel and was surrounded by bushes and stuff that made it feel creepy to take the dogs to by myself - especially at night. I would give them a second chance because it was maintenance issue but I can't rightly recommend them at this point.
