Terrible

Be warned, this place does not honor their bookings. After driving 500 miles, we showed up at 10pm only to be told they have no room for us, even though we had fully prepaid for a confirmed room weeks ahead. Front desk Kenneth didn’t even bother apologizing or trying to help us find alternate accommodations. Just told us our booking was cancelled. They didn’t even have the courtesy to email or call us to let us know ahead of time that our booking was now cancelled.
