Always great but beware of sandspurs

We have been here twice over the past few years and we've always had an incredible experience. We were upgraded to an oceanfront suite (we will book that room in the future as the room goes from the parking lot to the back lawn with doors at both ends. There are fire pits and access to the beach/water. When high tide is in, the water goes right to the steps so time your walks accordingly. There are sandspurs throughout the grassy areas so be aware and careful that your pup doesn't step in any (they hurt). We love this hotel!
