Unacceptable Injured pup requiring vet care isolated for hours without contacting owner

My pup was injured, isolated in a kennel for hours and neither myself, my emergency points of contact or vet were notified until I went for pick up. I was not given an opportunity to have my pup evaluated after injury. Vet care was required. Their contract states, " CPP will always contact me in the event that my pet(s) needs vet care." This is unacceptable. Workers had injury photos in their cell phones and not one person contacted me until I picked up my pup at the end of the day.
