Violence toward my dog

An under age girl brought her shepard onto the patio at Brookhaven. It was untained on how to act in public and instantly became aggressive with my dog. Her table was loud about the humor of this, I was unable to enjoy my food and this uncomfort plus the immaturity of her lack of pet responsibility shows that Brookhaven should not have a dog friendly area if they don't have proper restrictions.
