Good location

They need new bed linen and bedspreads ( the sheets were pilot and the bedspread was thin and had a few small holes). There was a distinct odor of skunk weed around the trash cans/stairs. The shower curtain had mold/mildew on it. There was one iron for the whole hotel and when we needed to use it, they did not know who had it. Could not get on WiFi or get on demand movies due to internet being down! Did not bring my dog, but they had an area in the shade to take the pets to potty.
